    *When you register you will be provided a questionnaire and be paired with a compatible roommate if you are traveling individually!! (If you are booking with a desired roommate provide their name in registration and you will be paired together)

    Each tipi includes several amenities to enhance your glamping experience. Spacious open floor plans and fully furnished, you will feel pampered while connecting with the outdoors.

    All tipis are fully furnished and include at minimum the following amenities:

    -Linens & towels

    -Plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, cutlery

    -Kitchenette includes small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker

    -Fire pit with grill attachment, grilling utensils and cast-iron cookware

    -High speed wireless internet & Netflix

    -Heat/AC and heated floors

    -Full bathroom with a shower

  • On Saturday all are invited to participate in a wellness activity to enjoy. A group nature walk (beginner level) will be scheduled with an option to veer off and relax poolside, paddle board, or rest in the tipi. All activities are optional and included in the cost of the retreat.

    The retreat includesa total of six Luxury tipis. Four Luxury Tipis comfortably sleep two people in separate queen beds. The site also includes two Luxury Tipis which comfortably sleep three people with three beds. Upon registration you will be asked if you are attending the retreat with someone and can request to share a tipi with that individual(s). If you are attending individually, you will be assigned a roommate based on some questions provided at checkout. This will be based on how you recharge, requirements for sleep, etc. You do not need to be paired with a roommate to register.

 

FAQs

  • A glamping tipi is a beautiful and modern tipi which includes plush beds, a fully furnished living room, dining area, kitchenette, heated floors, and space for personal items. Imagine walking out to fresh air and a beautiful sunrise after a calm and quiet nights rest. The Glamping Tipi provides an elevated camping experience.

  • Each luxury tipi has a beautiful modern bathroom which includes a shower.

  • 100% Refund Deposit 60+ days before the start of the retreat and 50% of any additional payments

    50% Refund Deposit 30-59 days before the start of the retreat and 25% of any additional payments

    0% Refund Deposit 0-29days before the start of the retreat and 0% of any additional payments

    Due to upfront costs incurred the cancellation policy will be enforced.

  • Pack light. Recommended essentials include:

    • Personal Toiletries

    • Comfortable clothes for yoga and relaxing

    • Shower shoes

    • Yoga Mat

    • Extra blanket if cold natured (tipis are heated)

    • Flashlight

    • Bathing Suit (option to relax in the heated pool)

    • Red or Orange flowy outfit (optional)

    • Towel, wash cloth

    • Snacks, Tea, and Coffee

  • For the safety of all participants, we request anyone with symptoms or illness not attend the retreat. Majority of our time together will be spent in open air.

  • Each participant will be invoiced March 2nd and April 5th based on the tipi chosen. Double Occupancy attendees will be charged $575ea both dates and triple occupancy will be charged $500ea both dates.   • If your question has not been answered on the site, please email selfcare@neosoulyogallc.com and allow 1-2 days for a response. We definitely want to ensure you are well informed and feel confident in taking this time to retreat with NeoSoulYoga.

  • We ask each woman to also bring a comfortable outfit for the closing Sister Circle on Sunday, the 5th. Preferably red and/or orange. This can be a dress, tights, flowy pants or whatever you feel beautiful in and don't mind wearing in nature. This is only a request, if for some reason you are not able to, no worries. We are more concerned with you being present than what you are wearing.

    In regard to the red and/or orange below are properties related to each color. 

    Red: Cultivate more energy, passion, strength, courage, physical activity, warmth, creativity and security

    Orange: Invites you to get in touch with yourself, meditation and feelings, with your feminine side, and finding your strength and joy while being in tune with your mood.

  • Arrival is scheduled for Friday September 15, 2023 between 3:00pm-4:00pm and departure is Sunday September 17, 2023 11:00am. If any of these times shift this site will be updated and any registered attendees will be notified immediately.
